Yes, Walmart does issue hunting and fishing licenses. You can purchase them at the counter in the Sporting Goods Department. Walmart does not issue hunting and fishing licenses they do however sell hunting and fich equipment thow. Licenses may not be available in all states.

Starting on August 11 at 11am reissued licenses that were on the Reissue Preview List become available on the leftover list. Some archery and muzzleloader bear licenses are available in unlimited numbers this year as "add-on" licenses. You can add on one of these bear licenses if you have a deer or elk license for the same method of take and at least one hunting unit overlaps.
